Our club exists to celebrate the history of farming, equipment, and those who built this great country. It also exists to educate our youth and keep the interest alive, and most importantly, to have FUN!
Project List
We are very proud of our saw mill located
on the grounds of Three SistersPark. The saw room is 2,000 sq. ft. and we cut logs up to 24 inches in diameter. We have in the past cut red oak, black walnut, red cedar and whatever logs we can get our hands on. Much of the lumber is used at the park for projects, home repairs, fence and deck material.
We are currently powering the saw mill with a 1940 Caterpillar D13000 power unit owned by Karl Engquist. We hope to be powering the mill this year with one of the Steam Engines here at the park. Future plans are to have other powered tools in the mill driven by a belt and pulleys system. If you would like to participate, stop by the mill during Heritage Days.
More information is forthcoming on this F-12 club project. It's a dirty job, but these zealots are going after it.
More from Paul McKim: Some of the F12 specs are listed at: http://www.tractordata.com/farm-tractors/000/5/4/541-farmall-f-12.html

When I was much younger, a neighbor had a F12 (on steel). Top speed was a whopping 2.5 ? miles per hour. We hauled grain from the field with it – it took a long time to get to the barn from the back field. Our F20 (on rubber) top speed was maybe 9 mph – that was fast!
